1c. 2% milk cheddar or Mexican cheese, shredded
Zesty Italian salad dressing 1 envelope weather (dry mix)
Guidelines
Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl. Cauliflower and bluecheese, sprinkle a teaspoon of mayonnaise and dry Italian dressingand sprinkle over Mayo. Cover tightly and allowed to walk inrefrigerator 12-24 hours. Mix all ingredients together before serving.Fresh Greens on a side dish or as a light lunch is served. Makes 8servings.
